When my husband and I interviewed Rick to be our realtor, it was evident within the first 10 minutes that he would be our choice. After relocating 7 times around the country and working with several realtors in the past, we could tell immediately that Rick "wanted" the listing and was excited about it. My fiancé and I first met Rick Beal at an open house in Portland. The property wasn't what we were looking for, but as it turned out, Rick was!
